💻 Digital Products

All our planners are digital downloads, meaning no physical item will be shipped.
Because of the instant access nature of digital files, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once your purchase is completed.

However, we want you to be completely happy with your experience!
If you face any issues with your download or have trouble accessing your files, please reach out to us — we’ll gladly help resolve it.

📦 Physical Products (if applicable)

If your order includes a physical product (such as printed planners or accessories), we accept returns only if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective, and

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photo or video).

Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

🌿 Important Notes

  • Refunds are not available for digital planners once files are downloaded.

  • Please double-check your order before checkout to ensure correct items are selected.

  • Processing fees and taxes are non-refundable.
